Pan Turkey Gravy
A flavorful gravy that complements any festive turkey dinner.

2 cups water or turkey stock, or leftover cooking water from vegetables
turkey pan drippings and fat
1/4 cup cooked sausage stuffing
season to taste
3 Tbs corn starch
3 Tbs cold water

Increase the heat to bring back to a boil, slowly add corn starch mixture until gravey thickens to desired consistency. Season to taste.
